Matt Cappello is Vice President of North America Sales at Synack, the leading platform for human and agentic AI-powered penetration testing. He leads Synack's North America commercial sales organization, partnering with enterprise security teams to close their coverage gaps through continuous, on-demand offensive testing. Matt brings more than 15 years of cybersecurity sales leadership; prior to Synack he spent over a decade at Rapid7, where he built and scaled enterprise go-to-market teams across the West and Canada. He holds a degree in business management from Ithaca College and is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
