Deal Registration Process & Terms

Gain the Competitive Edge Via Additional Discount

This document is intended to guide Synack partners through the Deal Registration process. In the case of a conflict between these guidelines and the Reseller/Partner/Distributor Agreement in place, the terms and conditions of the Reseller/Partner/Distributor Agreement will prevail.

When you register opportunities via Synack’s Deal Registration form (available at https://go.synack.com/partner-deal-registration), you will receive additional margin protection and gain a competitive advantage!

How does it work?

As an example, an Elite-level partner who registers a customer opportunity and receives an email approval will receive 25% off list price. If the opportunity is not registered, or if the request is declined, the discount drops to 10% off list price.

Here’s the process to follow for registering your opportunities:

• Navigate to the Partner section of Synack’s website

• Complete the required information and agree to our Terms & Conditions

• You will receive an acknowledgement email after you have registered the opportunity

• Within 3 business days, you will receive a notification from Synack confirming if the opportunity request was approved or declined

• Schedule a sales call or meeting with the prospect & Synack Account Executive within 30 days of the approved registration and provide an update to the Synack Channel Account Manager

• Close the opportunity and submit a purchase order reflecting the Registered discount level if your request was approved via email by Synack

• Registrations are valid for 6 months and can be extended at the sole discretion of the Synack Channel Account Manager or Account Executive

• Synack reserves the right to revoke Deal Registration for the following reasons: (1) The partner representative has become non responsive; (2) Partner is representing a Synack competitor; (3) Partner does not have a procurement vehicle within the registered customer account and cannot secure a final purchase order; (4) Partner agreement has been terminated by Synack; (5) Misconduct.
