Modern Slavery Act Statement

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and sets out the steps that Synack, Inc. (“Synack”) has taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within its business or supply chain. The Act was created to define the opposition to modern slavery and human trafficking in the UK, and requires businesses subject to the Act to publish an annual statement.

Synack is the premier security testing platform, harnessing a vetted community of diverse and talented security researchers to deliver continuous and on-demand penetration testing and vulnerability management. Synack’s employees and security researchers are located in over 40 countries, including the United Kingdom.

We believe we have appropriate policies in place that underpin our commitment to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We also ensure that all of our business partners take the same zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in their supply chains and business.

In addition to these policies, Synack has rolled out modern slavery training for those employees most likely to interact with any supply chains with a higher risk of encountering modern slavery. The training focuses on identifying, mitigating and monitoring risk of modern slavery in Synack’s supply chain.

This statement was approved by Synack’s board of directors on August 18, 2023.
